Christy is a seasoned clinical pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in various healthcare settings. She began her career with a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Regional One Health in Memphis, Tennessee, before joining UCHealth in Colorado. At UCHealth, she has held multiple roles, including Lead Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist and Clinical Pharmacist in Critical Care, and currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist with a focus on Medical-Surgical operations.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Christy has contributed to pharmacy leadership by developing protocols still in use today and chairing the Employee Advisory Group. Her expertise extends to anti-doping drug information, having served as a Drug Reference Pharmacist at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, where she mentored PharmD students and collaborated with experts in the field.
Christy is also involved in pharmacy education, serving as a preceptor for UCHealth's PGY1 pharmacy residency program, where she mentors residents in pharmacy practice and medical-surgical rotations.
Christy also enjoys walking her English Lab and being a soccer mom.
